Payment Policies
All quotes will be honored for 30 days from date of quote. A rush fee of $100 will be imposed on all sites requesting to be completed before 30 days from date of contract signing. For most of our designs, we require an upfront fee of 50% of the total cost of the project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and approval of site. AllyCat Designs reserves the right to take any site off the world wide web due to non-payment, and will resume it to its original status after payment is made. We accept cash, checks, money orders and paypal. Hosting plans and domain names are billed seperately from AllyCat Designs.

Refund Policy

AllyCat Designs requires a deposit before we begin work on any project. A request to terminate services must be presented to us in writing. AllyCat Designs guarantees your project will be completed within 45 days, providing all content has been delivered on a timely basis. If we fail to complete your project within 45 days of the start date AND you have turned in all content, images and information requested by us, you will receive a full refund within 30 days of your written request. Otherwise, please follow the refund terms below.

Refund Amounts will be calculated in the following ways:

1. A cancellation fee of 20% (twenty percent) of the total deposit paid will be retained for projects that have been booked, but cancelled prior to the start date.(Stage 2)
2. A cancellation fee of 30% (thirty percent) of the total deposit paid will be retained for projects that have been started and are in the design process.(Stage 3)
3. A design fee of $250 (two-hundred and fifty dollars) will be retained on projects where the design portion of the development has been completed, and the client has accepted the design, but whereas the development process of the project has not begun. (Upon payment, the design will be released to the client for use, see copyright & ownership clause) (Stages 4-6)

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of request by the client, if there is a refund amount due based on the terms above.

Because we resell hosting for a larger company, we are unable to offer refunds on hosting, SSL and domain services. If you are dissatisfied with the hosting services provided, we will be happy to work out a solution with you that will meet your company needs.

Content Policies
The client is responsible for providing all content, photos and information. We are not responsible for copyright issues from images provided by the client. All stock photography must be purchased, and will be given to the client at cost. Photography and copywriting services are available if needed. Please contact us to obtain information on these services. All of our websites include our signature at the bottom of every page. We try our best to make sure it does not interfere with your website content.

Portfolio Policies
AllyCat Designs reserves the right to include any or all parts of your design in our portfolio, both in print and online.

Project Delivery Policies
AllyCat Designs will professionally upload your website to the hosting company's server. Hosting companies can be suggested by the client or the designer. Please read the hosting company's policies prior to purchasing a plan, as we are not affiliated with any hosting company. Upon project completion, we will deliver all content on a CD-ROM in person or through mail, or within a zip file through e-mail. AllyCat designs does not provide any training or programs to update your site.
